Can I pause or cancel my membership?

You can pause your membership at any time starting the next membership month. Membership has a monthly cancellation period, so your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the next membership month.

Through the partnership between EQS Group and the company fitness network EGYM Wellpass, we would like to support you in staying healthy and fit.

With your EGYM Wellpass membership you have access to 5,000 fitness and yoga studios, swimming pools as well as crossfit and bouldering halls throughout Germany. Of course, you also have digital access to a wide range of 1,000 online courses in the areas of sports, nutrition and meditation.

Please register with your company email address. Registration is possible until the 20th of a month in order to be able to start on the 1st of the following month.

How to get access to the partner studios with the EGYM Wellpass app

• Download the EGYM Wellpass app from the Google Play Store or App Store and log in to the app with your email address and password. You set your access data directly when you register.
• In all EGYM Wellpass studios you will find a display with a QR code. Scan it when you enter the studio.
• You will then receive a check-in confirmation on your screen. Show this at the reception desk to gain access to the respective sports facility.
• You will find access to the online courses directly in the app.
  

Start your training

‍When you start training in your new gym, you can arrange an introductory session at the special price of €44*. During this consultation, experienced trainers will assess your current fitness level. They will then work with you to develop your individual training programme to achieve your personal fitness and health goals.

*The €44 instruction fee is to ensure the quality of your training and may be charged once at a partner studio of your choice.

‍By the way: If you already have an existing contract with a EGYM Wellpass partner studio, you can have it suspended for the duration of your EGYM Wellpass membership.
