EQS Group wants to promote the health of our employees and contribute to a more sustainable use of resources. That is why we have decided to cooperate with JobRad, the leading provider of bicycle leasing.
Bicycles are emission-free and do not cause congestion or noise and save space. This leads to an improvement in air quality in inner cities. Those who switch from car to bicycle save CO2 and thus make an important contribution to environmental protection.
Cycling also contributes to improving personal fitness and helps to reduce stress in everyday life.
Requirements:
EQS Group leases the JobRad for you. You ride it whenever you want - to work, in everyday life, on holiday or for sports. Instead of paying for the bike immediately, EQS Group deducts a small part of the purchase price from your salary each month in the form of a leasing instalment. The monthly instalments are automatically deducted from your gross salary over a period of 36 months. Thanks to salary conversion and tax incentives (0,25%-Rule*) you save up to 40% compared to a conventional purchase. JobRad offers the option to use the JobRad-Inspection (5€ monthly) or the -FullService (10 € monthly), so that your bike is always in perfect order. You pay the costs for this yourself. Since 1 January 2020, only a monetary benefit of 0.25 per cent of the gross list price is taxable for company bikes - making company bike leasing even more attractive. You can find a sample calculation of how the 0.25 % rule works here.
