Under corporate wellness we have initiatives and programs implemented by EQS India to promote health and well-being of their employee. These programs are designed to to support employees in adopting healthier lifestyles, managing stress, improving overall well-being, and enhancing productivity. Corporate wellness initiatives often encompass a range of activities and strategies aimed at addressing various aspects of employees' physical, mental, and emotional health.

  1. Physical wellness programs: Focus on encouraging employees to adopt healthy lifestyle habits, such as regular exercise, balanced nutrition, and preventive healthcare practices.
    • Clubs – Active sports clubs for football, cricket and badminton. Employees can use the benefits from the club for any outdoor related participation and engagements.
    • EQS Olympia – Annual sports fest, which is spread across a month with both Indoor and Outdoor games and competition.
  2. Mental Health Support: Mental health support initiatives aim to raise awareness about mental health issues, reduce stigma, and provide resources and support for employees facing mental health challenges.
    • We provide mental health session to all employees once in a year.
    • Women Wellbeing – Session for women employees every year as part of Women’s Day. This is to improve Women's wellnesses and vital target is to focus on those aspects concerning their well-being. In women's health, reproductive and hormonal problems, gastrointestinal stress, bone health, and urinary incontinence are some elements handled.
  3. Community Engagement Initiatives: We believe in giving back to the communities where we live and work, which is why we're launching new community engagement initiatives. Whether it's volunteer opportunities, charity drives, or sustainability projects, we're empowering you to make a positive impact and create meaningful changes.
  4. Career Advancement Opportunities: EQS supports its employees to acquire higher studies which can open new career opportunities and advancement prospects within the company. We value continuous learning and are committed to supporting your professional growth and development every step of the way.
  5. Recognition for Milestone Years: Employees will be honored for their years of service to the company, starting from 5 years. We will celebrate milestone anniversaries, such as 5, 10, 15, 20, and beyond, to acknowledge your dedication and commitment to our organization.
